While we ourselves are animal lovers, there are no pets allowed anywhere on the property. Please note that the Terrace Cottages and its owners are not responsible for accidents or injury incurred while on the property. Only guests of the Terrace Cottages are allowed access to the property and its amenities.
We thank all smokers in advance for keeping all smoking outside. Smoking inside will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and cancellation of your reservation without a refund of any portion.
Failure to check-out promptly, having more than the allotted maximum occupancy on the property or causing any damage to any part of the property may result in the complete forfeiture of your security deposit, and/or the total cost of your stay, and/or forfeiture of the remainder of your reservation and/or cancellation of your reservation and/or additional fees.
